On The Road...

Upon the road less traveled, where whispers stir the trees,
We journey forth with open hearts, to where the wild wind flees.
Through winding paths and secret lanes, where wonders never cease,
We meet the souls who call these lands their haven, their release.

In hidden hamlets, laughter rings, and tales of old unfold,
Each face a map of stories, in their eyes, adventures bold.
From cities large to backroad village, we wander without care,
For on the road less traveled, life's magic fills the air.

The destination may be where you're headed, but I've found that the greatest discoveries are often made along the way.

Long before I became a fine art photographer, I traveled the world with a small Minolta film camera tucked into my bag. My journeys eventually took me to all four corners of the globe, where I wandered through bustling markets, quiet villages, and city streets far from the familiar. The photographs I brought home were rarely planned—they were moments of everyday life that simply unfolded before me.

Traveling with film in those days wasn't always easy. Finding film, protecting it from heat and humidity, and locating a place to have it developed could be a challenge. Sometimes rolls were damaged or disappeared altogether. Looking back, it's remarkable that so many survived the journey.

These photographs are a collection of those moments and memories. They are glimpses of the people, places, and cultures I was fortunate enough to encounter over the years. More than anything, they remind me that the richest experiences often happen when we slow down, wander a little farther, and allow curiosity to lead the way.
