RETURNS: Due to the custom nature of the prints all sales are final, non-refundable and non-returnable. SHIPMENT DAMAGE: Open the packages' contents within 48 hours of receiving. Ensure all pieces are safe and not damaged due to mishandling. If not notified within 48 hours, we cannot submit a damage claim and you will be subjected to the replacement cost. Please hold onto all contents, including packaging/supplies, until claim is completed. Take photos of the damage and immediately send them to [email protected] with the subject line "Damaged Print".
